Our swivel seat base is a rotatable bracket designed for installation under the original seat in your Volkswagen Crafter (2006-2016). It offers maximum stability and strength thanks to reinforced ribs, while the red release lever allows you to smoothly rotate your seat with ease.

A swivel base or swivel console makes it effortless to integrate the front seats of your Volkswagen Crafter with the "living room" area of your camper van or recreational vehicle. It is the perfect space-saving accessory for custom camper conversions.

Right Side (Model V3)

Custom-fit swivel seat base for the right side of the Volkswagen Crafter (model years 2006-2016). This swivel plate is specifically engineered to fit the unique base configuration of the right-side seat (Model V3), allowing you to easily rotate the seat backward to expand the social space inside your camper van.

ECE-Approved – Certified and compliant with international EU regulations ECE R14 (version 09), R16, and R17, ensuring the anchorages withstand extreme crash forces.
Enlarged Central Hole – Smart engineering featuring an extra-large center opening, making the routing of original factory wiring (such as seat heating or sensors) incredibly smooth and safe.
Ultra-Low Profile – At a total thickness of just 21 mm, this plate is exceptionally thin, minimizing any impact on the original seating height.
Factory Mounting Points – Quick and stable installation. The plate bolts directly into the vehicle's existing factory mounts without requiring drilling or modifications to the seat base.
Rattle-Free & Secure Locking – Integrated stabilizer pins eliminate vibration and noise while driving. The seat locks automatically in the forward-facing position and releases smoothly with an intuitive lever action.
Important Compatibility – Designed strictly for original standard seats (not compatible with electrically adjustable comfort seats).

Swivel Seat Base Volkswagen Crafter

Installation:

The installation of the Volkswagen Crafter swivel base is done within the original seat pedestal, where the swivel plate is sandwiched between the seat slider and the lower frame. All necessary mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions are included.

The Volkswagen Crafter swivel base is sold individually and includes all required mounting hardware and installation instructions.
