At Transportstyling we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and therefore offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
All we ask is that you fill in the form under Returns Form in the footer of the website and send it in.
The Customer Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply if the product has been used. When returning used products, we reserve the right to make price deductions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to order and thus customer-specific, examples of these are tailor-made seat covers, spacer plates, products with cut-in LED position lights, products that have been painted or otherwise changed.
The delivery date is the date on which you, the customer, have taken possession of the product, i.e. when the product has been delivered to you or has arrived at the nearest agent.
In accordance with the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have extended the return period to 30 days from the order date in case you are not satisfied!
All returns must be made via the Return Form linkfound in the footer of the website.
It is not allowed to modify and / or change products or assembly methods on your own without first contacting us. Products sent in return must be packaged so that they can withstand transportation back to us. If insufficient packaging is found on arrival, a corresponding deduction will be made in any refund.
If you want a prepaid return label, this will be charged at the same cost as the shipping out to you. If the delivery is free of charge, the return label costs SEK 99 for agent packages and company packages, or SEK 595 for home delivery of general cargo and general cargo.
The right of return does not apply to products made to order or otherwise customer-specific (e.g. warning light ramps with their own equipment, side bars with cut-in LED position lights, products powder-coated at your request, etc.)
In the event of an invalid return without a return form submitted before the return, a return fee of SEK 295 will be charged for agent packages and company packages, or SEK 595 for home delivery of general cargo and general cargo, the same cost also applies to uncollected shipments and shipments not collected from our warehouse. If a new dispatch of uncollected shipment is desired, a new shipping cost will be added.
Applies to private individuals and companies in Sweden:
When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Bank AB. To pay by invoice, you must provide your personal identity number or organization number. To be able to pay by invoice, you must be registered in the Swedish population register and be over 18 years of age. You must not have any payment remarks. All invoices are transferred by Transportstyling to Svea Bank AB. The invoice payment terms are 14 days for private individuals, and 30 days for companies. In the event of late payment, the agreed and statutory reminder fee is payable. Interest on arrears is charged at 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is submitted to debt collection.
Company invoice:
The following applies to customers acting as a company and choosing payment by invoice (“company invoice”).
When paying by installments
Through our cooperation with Svea Bank AB, you can sign an account credit agreement and thus be able to pay your purchase in installments. You choose the credit period by checking the campaign option that suits you best. The purchase can always be paid in full at any time before the due date.
The usual credit check is carried out after the personal details have been submitted at the checkout, in some cases this means that a credit report is taken. A copy of the credit report will then be sent to your home.
Example of effective interest rate for a purchase of SEK 10,000, maturity 12 months, 0% interest rate, arrangement fee SEK 195, transaction fee SEK 29: 10.68
When ordering from another Nordic or European country, we apply invoice, installment, direct payment via internet bank or account & credit card.

When ordering from Norway or outside the EU, Swedish VAT is not charged. This is done automatically via the online store and you can easily see this in your shopping cart after selecting the country. Local charges may apply in the recipient country (e.g. VAT in the recipient country, customs duty, etc.).
The shipping fee charged is calculated according to the volume weight of the shopping cart and is displayed in direct connection with the order. The delivery status shown on the product page is an estimated delivery time for the order placed until the product is delivered from our warehouse (to the relevant carrier). Free shipping does not apply to contract customers, only end consumers with delivery method DB Schenker Privpak.
If the product is stated as “In stock for immediate delivery”, the product will be delivered from us the same day, or the day after. The delivery time is only indicative and should not be seen as a final delivery date. Note that this stock balance display may also include external suppliers. In this case, the delivery time may be slightly longer even though the status “In stock for immediate delivery” is shown on the product page.
Changed disposal: If you wish to change the delivery address, recipient details or other shipping-related information after the package has left our warehouse, we can usually do this. However, there will be a cost of SEK 250 that will be charged to you afterwards.
Withdrawal: If you have ordered a mode of transportation where the package will be delivered directly to your home or company without choosing notification, and the package is returned to the terminal because you were not available, we are entitled to charge you for the additional costs incurred in connection with this. This applies to the cost of return to the terminal, notification cost, any warehouse rent, new shipping cost out to you and handling cost for us (SEK 100).
Partial delivery:
In case of partial delivery of System - general cargo, the shipping method can be changed to Parcel - Business package depending on the size of the package.
In case of partial delivery of System home - Home delivery , the shipping method can be changed to Parcel agent - Pick up at agent depending on the size of the package.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the carrier. We reserve the right to charge any additional fees from transport companies caused by the recipient (e.g. the goods are booked with DB Schenker Parcel but no one is available to receive at the time of delivery, incorrectly specified postal code which requires extra handling from the carrier, etc.)
We reserve the right for VAT, price and currency changes that are beyond our control. Larger quantities are quoted on request.
All goods remain the property of Transportstyling until full payment is made.
Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and Transportstyling. Be sure to check your shipment upon receipt, that you received the correct number of packages according to the shipping document and that all goods are undamaged.
Missing goods or incorrect delivery must be reported to Transportstyling within 8 days of the invoice date.
Transportstyling is responsible for defects that are reported by the buyer within 15 days of the discovery of the defect and no later than 6 months from the invoice date. The customer contacts Transportstyling for a prepaid return consignment note. Returned goods with another shipping company are paid by the customer. Any labor costs or other costs incurred in connection with assembly are not reimbursed by Transportstyling, unless otherwise agreed.
For contract customers only: Any claims for compensation are limited to SEK 1200 excluding VAT per case. Claims for compensation are always agreed between the parties before work begins.
