Product Description:

Here you will find an incredibly smooth XBB Dongle and PowerUnit auxiliary light connection from Swedish XBB for Peugeot Expert from 2016-2024. It is an innovative solution for super easy installation where communication between the relay and the high beam signal occurs completely wirelessly via Bluetooth.

XBB Dongle and PowerUnit auxiliary light connection Peugeot Expert

With the XBB Dongle and PowerUnit auxiliary light connection Peugeot Expert, installation time is down to about 15 minutes. You avoid time-consuming searching for Canbus cables and do not need to run any cables through the firewall into the engine compartment. The transmitter unit (Dongle) is mounted in the car's OBDII socket and communicates wirelessly with the receiver relay (PowerUnit).

Installation of XBB Dongle and PowerUnit Peugeot Expert

The kit is complete (except for the auxiliary lights/LED bar itself) and consists of:

  • OBD-II transmitter (XBB Dongle)
  • Receiver relay (XBB PowerUnit)
  • Cabling for 1, 3 or 4 DT outputs depending on choice.

How to install (complete quick guide here):

Before installation: Download the free app XBB Configurator for Android or Xbb Configurator for iPhone and ensure that your vehicle is compatible.

  1. Mount the transmitter unit (XBB Dongle) in the vehicle's diagnostic socket (OBDII), usually under the steering wheel.
  2. Mount relay wiring at the battery or fuse box. The XBB PowerUnit is inserted into the relay holder.
  3. Pull and connect the DT connector to the LED bar/auxiliary lights.
  4. Start the XBB Configurator app, which guides you to pair the devices.
  5. Done!

Outputs on Receiver Relay (PowerUnit):

  • Output no. 1 (max 15A, 180W at 12V) for auxiliary lights / LED bar
  • Output no. 2 (max 5A, 60W at 12V) for position lights / reverse lights (optional)

You avoid splicing into the car's electrical system as the signal goes via Bluetooth. XBB Dongle and PowerUnit auxiliary light connection Peugeot Expert makes installation safe and easy.
