Complete set of LED light sources for Scania R and S series (Next Gen) from 2017 onwards with LED headlights (not suitable for halogen headlights).

This conversion kit replaces the cold white LED warning light with yellow/orange light. The LEDs are high power CREE diodes that provide good brightness in true "turn signal orange" color. These are mounted on aluminum circuit boards like the original, which ensures optimal cooling and longevity.

The circuit boards are equipped with original connectors, so installation is plug n play. Each set contains two PCBs, one right and one left, and thermal paste to increase heat conduction and cooling.The originals are not provided with thermal paste, but we always recommend using it.

Please note that the light sources are not E-approved.

Installation

Changing the light sources is relatively easy and takes about half an hour per lamp for the first time.
The screws for the lantern are located behind the doors to be opened for access.The lantern is screwed and twisted out.When the lantern is tilted out, remove the plastic around it.It is fixed with screws all the way.
The DRL light source is found at the top and bottom of the lantern.First, however, the light adjustment must be removed, which is attached to the heat sink.Once the light adjustment is loosened, the heat sink is unscrewed and the light source can be pushed out.
Disconnect the plug by pressing the lock.The black plastic found on the circuit board is unscrewed and the circuit board can then be removed.The new board is mounted with a little cooling paste on the back.

Supplied in pairs (2 pcs, one for the left headlight and one for the right).
