Product Description:

Complete set of LED light sources for Scania R and S series (Next Gen) from 2017-2022 with LED fog lights.

Specially developed LED light sources with 18 powerful LEDs that fit into original Scania LED fog lights. The light sources, which are available in xenon white and amber, ensure that there is always light in the entire reflector of the fog light. The light is non-glare and acts as a position light. The clever design means that the original fog light is fully preserved.

The light source is attached on top of the existing light source of the fog light. Screws and spacers are included and must be used when mounting. A 3 meter cable is included.

Mounting

Remove all five screws on top of the lamp.
The heat sink glued to the lamp must be carefully cut along the outer edge with a hobby knife. Look at the picture of the top of the heat sink, it is marked with a red dotted line where you should cut. Break the bulb apart, for example use one or two flathead screwdrivers to take the glue apart.
Remove as much of the original glue as possible.
Drill a hole in the lamp where it is marked in the picture. It is an advantage to frame between two heat sinks, as it makes gluing much easier. Pull the wire from the light source through the hole. Be careful not to damage the sheath. It may be an advantage to countersink the hole. It is then important that you seal the hole again.
Remove the two outer screws from the original light source and place two spacers on the screw holes. The light source is placed on top of the existing one, with the LEDs turned off. The light source is screwed on with the two M4x8mm screws provided. The lamp is glued again and screwed together.
Connect the lamp e.g. to the existing position light.

Supplied in pairs (2 pcs, one for the left headlight and one for the right).
