Product Description:

This vehicle-specific auxiliary light bracket for the Volvo S90 from 2017- provides a rigid platform when mounting driving lights on the front. The light bar features four fixed, welded mounting tabs accommodating up to four auxiliary lights with a maximum diameter of 240 mm per light.

The bracket is manufactured from 60 mm aluminum tubing and finished with a durable powder coating that resists stone chips, road salt, and harsh Nordic climates. Tailored specifically for your Volvo S90, the bar mounts securely to the vehicle's structural frame for optimal strength.

Auxiliary Light Bracket - Model-Specific and Rigid Mounting

The auxiliary light bar installs using custom brackets where the installation is anchored directly to the vehicle's crash bar to ensure maximum torsional rigidity and stability. Detailed step-by-step instructions for installation on your Volvo S90 can be found in the mounting manual attached as a PDF on this product page. To ensure a stable and vibration-free beam pattern on rough roads, the driving lights must be stabilized at the top using the included stabilizer stays.

  • Important Compatibility Exception (Radar): Does not fit models with radar integrated into the grille/emblem section. This applies from model year 2023 onward (vehicles equipped with the Google/Android Automotive infotainment system).
  • Impact on Front Camera: On vehicles equipped with a 360° camera / front emblem camera, the camera's field of view will be obstructed by the auxiliary lights.
  • Installation: Direct attachment to the vehicle's crash bar.
  • Stabilization Requirement & Max Weight: Recommended maximum weight is 2 kg per auxiliary light. The included stabilizer stays must always be used.

  • White (RAL9016): Powder-coated in white RAL 9016.
