This vehicle-specific auxiliary light bracket for Volvo XC90 from 2016- provides a stable platform when mounting driving lights on the front. The bar features four fixed, welded mounting tabs accommodating a total of four auxiliary lights with a maximum diameter of 240 mm per light.

The bracket is made of 60 mm aluminium tubing and features a durable powder-coated finish that withstands stone chips, road salt, and harsh Nordic weather. Designed specifically for your Volvo XC90, the bar mounts securely to the vehicle's structural frame for maximum strength.

Auxiliary light bracket - Custom fit and stable mounting

The auxiliary light bar is mounted using vehicle-specific brackets, with installation attaching directly to the car's crash beam for optimal torsional rigidity and stability. Detailed step-by-step instructions for installation on your Volvo XC90 are provided in the mounting manual available as a PDF on this product page. To ensure a stable and vibration-free beam pattern on rough roads, the driving lights must be stabilized at the top using the included support struts.

  • Important compatibility note (Radar): Does not fit models with radar integrated into the grille/emblem section. This applies to model year 2023 and newer (cars equipped with Google/Android Automotive infotainment system).
  • Front camera impact: On cars equipped with a 360-degree camera/front camera in the emblem, the camera's field of view will be blocked by the auxiliary lights.
  • Mounting: Installation attaches directly to the vehicle's crash beam.
  • Stabilization requirements & max weight: Recommended maximum weight is 2 kg per light. The included stabilization struts must always be used.

The auxiliary light bracket is available in five different colors to match the paintwork or accents on your Volvo XC90:

  • Silver: Classic powder-coated silver finish.
  • Velvet black (matte): Understated matte black surface.
  • Black (gloss 80): Gloss black finish with an 80 gloss rating.
  • White (RAL9016): Powder-coated in white RAL 9016.
  • Orange (RAL2008): Powder-coated in orange RAL 2008.
