Product Description:

This model-specific auxiliary light bracket for the Isuzu D-Max from 2020-2024 provides a sturdy platform for mounting driving lights on the front of your vehicle. The light bar is equipped with four fixed, welded mounting points accommodating a total of four auxiliary lights with a maximum diameter of 240 mm per light.

The bracket is manufactured from 60 mm aluminium tubing and features a durable powder-coated finish that withstands stone chips, road salt, and harsh Nordic climates. The bar is custom-engineered for your Isuzu D-Max and anchors securely into the vehicle's structural frame for optimal stability.

Auxiliary Light Bracket - Model-Specific and Stable Mounting

The auxiliary light bar is mounted using custom-engineered brackets where attachment is made directly to the vehicle's crash beam via mounting brackets for maximum torsional rigidity and load capacity. Detailed step-by-step instructions for installation on your Isuzu D-Max are provided in the installation manual attached as a PDF on this product page. To ensure a stable and vibration-free beam pattern on rough roads, the auxiliary lights must be stabilized at the top using the included stay bars.

Mounting and procedure: Mounted with custom brackets directly to the car's crash beam. Note that the front bumper needs to be removed during installation.
Handling parking sensors: Any parking sensors blocked by the installed auxiliary lights must be deactivated using Nonsens sensor blocker covers (included in delivery).
Stabilization requirements and maximum weight: Recommended maximum weight is 2 kg per light. Included stabilizer struts must always be used.
