Cellular rubber insulation is the ideal insulation material for building a motorhome or campervan. However, its use is not limited to vehicles alone. Spa baths, conservatories, pipe insulation and more are examples of what our customers have used cellular rubber for.
Water-repellent with high flexibility, high thermal effect (high insulation value), environmentally friendly, fiber-free and easy to install. The material used is nitrile rubber.
Fire rated according to b-s3-d0
Supplied with pre-applied adhesive on the back and reflective aluminum vapor barrier on the inside (which also helps to keep the heat inside/outside the vehicle).
Thermal conductivity:
| EN 12667/EN ISO 8497 | -15°C | 0°C | 25°C | 45°C | 60°C | |
| Thermal conductivity (W/mK) | 0,032 | 0,034 | 0,036 | 0,039 | 0,042 | |
| Thickness | 6 mm thickness | 9 mm thickness | 13 mm thickness | 19 mm (3/4") | 25 mm (1 inch) | |
Thermal conductivity is measured in W/mK (W = Watt, m = meter, K = Kelvin). The lower the thermal conductivity, the better the thermal resistance and insulation capacity of the material. In the table above, all cellular rubber variants have been tested at different temperatures to show their thermal conductivity. If the temperature increases, the thermal conductivity of the material also increases.
What is thermal conductivity; Well, simply explained, it is the material's ability to keep air still in the material, thus maintaining temperature differences on both sides of the material.
Available in five different thicknesses:
- 6 mm - Full roll 29 meters
- 9 mm - Full roll 23 meters
- 13 mm - Full roll 13 meters
- 19 mm - Full roll 9 meters
- 25 mm - Full roll 7 meters
Supplied per meter (1 meter wide) or full roll
When delivered per meter, the delivery may be divided into several lengths. When you receive the cellular rubber insulation, lay it out on a flat surface for the material to regain its shape and thickness.
Cellular rubber ordered by the meter is not covered by the right of return
