This vehicle-specific auxiliary light bracket for Volkswagen Caravelle T6.1 from 2019-2024 provides a rigid platform when you want to mount auxiliary lights in the front. The bar is equipped with four fixed, welded mounting tabs that accommodate a total of four auxiliary lights with a maximum diameter of 240 mm per lamp.

The bracket is manufactured from 60 mm aluminum tubing and features a durable powder-coated finish that withstands stone chips, road salt, and harsh northern climates. The bar is specifically engineered for your Volkswagen Caravelle T6.1 and is firmly anchored to the vehicle's structural frame for optimal rigidity.

Auxiliary Light Bracket - Vehicle-Specific and Stable Mounting

The light bracket is installed using custom-fit brackets where mounting is secured directly to the vehicle's impact beam via brackets for maximum torsional rigidity and stability. Detailed step-by-step instructions for the installation on your Volkswagen Caravelle T6.1 are provided in the installation manual attached as a PDF here on the product page. To ensure a stable and vibration-free beam pattern on rough roads, the auxiliary lights must be stabilized at the top using the included support struts.

Mounting and procedure: Installation is secured using mounting brackets directly onto the vehicle's crash bar. Note that the front bumper needs to be disassembled during installation.
Radar compatibility and light adjustment: The installation does not interfere with the vehicle's radar located behind the emblem (verified through testing with Ø220 mm LED driving lights, reference model Seeker NS9). To maintain a clear line of sight for the radar, the lights must be adjusted as far outward from the center as possible using the adjustment screw on the light mounting base.
Stabilization requirements and maximum weight: Recommended maximum weight is 2 kg per auxiliary light. The included stabilization struts must always be used.
