Product Description:

Contoured mounting blocks designed to enable the installation of traditional round auxiliary driving lights on top of the Q-LED bracket for LED light bars. The blocks function as stable spacers between the auxiliary light brackets and the bar's Ø60 mm tube profile, providing a flat and vibration-free mounting surface.

Manufactured from solid aluminium with a durable black anodized finish that blends discreetly with the bar and withstands stone chips, road salt, and harsh Nordic climates. The kit is supplied complete with M10 Nord-Lock washers that mechanically lock the bolted joint, preventing the bolts from vibrating loose while driving.

Stable mounting of auxiliary lights on 60 mm tubes

The underside of the blocks has a radius tailored to 60 mm tubes, ensuring maximum contact surface and preventing the tube from pinching or deforming during tightening. Installation is carried out by aligning the blocks at the desired position on the Q-LED bracket, followed by drilling through-holes through the tube. The lights are then secured through the block and the bar using the auxiliary lights' own mounting bolts.
