Mounting:

These Fender flares Volkswagen Amarok are of overfender model, which means that the fender flares are mounted on top of original fenders. The Fender flares are screwed into the wheel arches and rest against the painted fender edge with a rubber strip to protect the paint. We recommend fitting some type of protective film to the painted surface before fitting the Fender flares.
Original mudguards do not have an optimal fit for these Fender flares. Disassembly or modification of these is required before reassembly.
