This model-specific auxiliary light bracket for Mercedes-Benz Vito from 2019-2024 provides a stable platform when you want to install auxiliary lights on the front. The bar is equipped with four fixed, welded mounting points accommodating a total of four auxiliary lights with a maximum diameter of 240 mm per light.

The bracket is made of 60 mm aluminium tubing and features a durable powder-coated finish that withstands stone chips, road salt, and harsh Nordic climates. The bar is specifically engineered for your Mercedes-Benz Vito and anchors securely into the vehicle's load-bearing structure for optimal strength.

Auxiliary light bracket - Gentle Q-GRIP mounting to the crash beam

The auxiliary light bracket is installed using model-specific brackets where mounting attaches directly to the vehicle's crash beam using QPAX's proven Q-GRIP system for a rigid and stable fitment. Detailed step-by-step instructions for installation on your Mercedes-Benz Vito can be found in the mounting instructions attached as a PDF here on the product page. To ensure a stable and vibration-free beam pattern on rough roads, the auxiliary lights must be stabilized at the top using the included support struts.

Mounting and attachment: Mounts directly from the vehicle's crash beam using the QPAX Q-GRIP system.
Important note regarding towing eye: Please note that the bar's design and positioning blocks the vehicle's threaded socket for the towing eye.
Radar compatibility and lamp selection: Depending on the shape and size of the auxiliary lights, the radar in the Mercedes emblem may risk being obstructed. To ensure a clear view for the radar, the lights can be shifted outwards sideways using extension/offset brackets (accessory part no. 98605, which are also installed in the example picture).
Handling parking sensors: Any parking sensors closest to the license plate must be blanked off using Nonsens sensor covers (included in delivery).
Stabilization requirement and maximum weight: Recommended maximum weight is 2 kg per auxiliary light. The included stabilizer struts must always be used.
