Rolltop KGM Musso EV - Tessera Roll+ S-KIT

Installation:

Rolltop is easy to install and is designed to be fitted together with the original flatbed without any modifications to the vehicle. Mounting details are included, as well as clear and easy-to-understand mounting instructions that guide you through the entire process step by step. This means you can quickly and easily get your new rolltop KGM Musso EV in place, without the need for special tools or a visit to the workshop.

Side Rails in 5 mm Aluminium

Specially manufactured side rails (thickness: 5 mm) that perfectly match the shape and design of the truck bed (in length and width). This provides better insulation between the rolltop and the truck bed and allows for a smooth installation.

This also allows for combining the rolltop with original or aftermarket accessories.

T-slot for Easy Accessory Mounting, No Drilling Required

The side rails are equipped with a T-slot as standard, so you can easily mount accessories without having to drill into the rolltop. We offer several accessories for these rolltops; roll bars, rails, and crossbars.

Knife-Proof Design

Aluminium slats specially designed to be knife-proof, ensuring the safety of your cargo in the truck bed.

Concealed Internal Locking System

A smart, concealed locking system designed to ensure unauthorized persons cannot access your truck bed. Use the strap to automatically open your rolltop. The advantage of a concealed locking system is that it is not affected by low temperatures.

Aluminium Locking Bars

As standard, the rolltop is delivered with aluminium locking bars for maximum security.

Drainage System

Two drainage outlets connected to the roller canister ensure that water and dirt can be evacuated. The drainage is tested and can handle up to 60 liters per minute!

Drainage in Side Rail

The side rail is also equipped with efficient drainage.

Filtration/Anti-Leaf

The drainage system is equipped with a filter for leaves and other debris that could otherwise clog the drain.

Weather-Proof

Specially designed with effective silicone seals between the aluminum slats to prevent water from entering and keep your truck bed dry.

Specially adapted surface treatment to handle our Nordic climates. UV-safe and waterproof.
