Product Description:

This custom-fit driving light bracket for the Isuzu D-Max from 2024-2025 provides a stable platform when mounting auxiliary lights to the front of your vehicle. The light bar is equipped with four fixed, welded mounting tabs accommodating a total of four driving lights with a maximum diameter of 240 mm per light.

The bracket is made of 60 mm aluminum tubing and features a durable powder-coated finish that withstands stone chips, road salt, and harsh Nordic climates. Specifically engineered for your Isuzu D-Max, the bar is securely anchored to the vehicle's load-bearing structure for optimal strength.

Auxiliary Light Bracket - Model-Specific and Stable Mounting

The auxiliary light bracket is installed using custom-fit brackets where mounting is done via brackets directly onto the vehicle's crash beam for maximum torsional rigidity and load capacity. Detailed step-by-step instructions for the installation on your Isuzu D-Max are provided in the mounting manual attached as a PDF on this product page. To ensure a stable and vibration-free beam pattern on uneven roads, the driving lights must be stabilized at the top using the included support stays.

Installation and procedure: Mounted with custom-fit brackets directly onto the vehicle's crash beam. Please note that the front bumper/fascia needs to be removed during installation.
Handling parking sensors: Any parking sensors blocked by installed auxiliary lights must be deactivated using Nonsens masking covers (included in the delivery).
Stabilization requirements and maximum weight: Recommended maximum weight is 2.5 kg per driving light. The included stabilization stays must always be used.
