Product Description:

Pre-cut sound insulation for the bulkhead in your Ford Custom from 2023-. The lining effectively dampens sound and vibrations from the cargo area, providing a sound reduction of approx. 30 %. You get a significantly quieter cabin environment.

The surface layer is made of black velour laminated with 5 mm foam that absorbs resonance and increases driving comfort during long work shifts.

Installation is done without affecting the bodywork, using the included self-adhesive velcro which is attached directly to the metal wall of the Ford Custom. The lining is installed from the center outwards for a precise fit, after which the outer edges are tucked in behind the car's panels for a tight and integrated mounting.

Sound insulation for bulkhead – Improved cabin acoustics in your Ford Custom

Uninsulated metal bulkheads create resonance from tire noise, road noise, and equipment in the cargo area. The 5 mm thick foam lamination breaks sound waves and simultaneously provides an insulating barrier that contributes to a more even temperature in the cabin. The product is delivered model-adapted for your Ford Custom
