Assembly:

The Rolltop is easy to install and is designed to be fitted together with the original tyre without interfering with the vehicle. Assembly parts are included, as well as clear and easy-to-follow assembly instructions that guide you through the entire process step by step. This way, you can quickly and easily get your new rolltop Chevrolet Silverado HD in place, without the need for special tools or workshop visits.

Simple and convenient parking control

The new generation of Tessera SE is easier than ever, thanks to its revolutionary design.

The opening-closing function of Tessera SE is performed smoothly inside the canister without the need for a spring or electric motor.

Side rails in 5 mm aluminium

Specially manufactured aluminium side rails (thickness: 5 mm) that fully comply with the shape and design of the body (in length and width). This provides a better insulation between the rolltop and the body and a smooth installation.

This also provides the possibility to combine the rolltop with original or aftermarket accessories.

T-slot for easy mounting of accessories, without drilling

The side rail is equipped with T-slots as standard, so you can easily mount accessories without having to drill in the rolltop. We offer a number of accessories for these rolltops, such as flatbeds, rails and crossbeams.

Knife-proof design

Aluminium slats specially designed with a knife-proof design, all to ensure that you can take your goods in peace on the truck.

Concealed interior locking system

Smoothly concealed locking system designed to ensure that unauthorised persons do not enter your rolltop. Use the strap to automatically open your rolltop. The advantage of the concealed locking system is that it is not affected by low temperatures.

Aluminium locking bars

As standard, the rolltop comes with aluminium locking bars for maximum safety.

Drainage system

Two drains connected to the roller container ensure that water and dirt can be evacuated. The drainage system is tested and can handle up to 60 litres per minute.

Filtration/Anti-Löv

The drainage system is equipped with filtration for leaves and other dirt that might otherwise clog the drainage system.

Wheatherproof

Specially designed with effective silicone seals between the aluminium slats, to help build and keep your flatbed dry.
