A quiet, safe and versatile universal cage for transporting dogs in cars with many thoughtful details. When installing the cage, you decide which side of the car the cage should be placed.

Dog cage BMW iX from 2022- is together with the harness (accessory) crash tested by SP National Technical Research Institute. The test is performed according to ECE-R17, which is a European standard for anchoring loads in cars.

All cages fit in the xDrive40, but must be placed inside the tailgate hinge as shown in Figure 1.
Only dog cage Small and Coupé cages fit in xDrive50 and M60.

What size should I have on the dog cage?

Fenderflares: Measure the dog's chest width and take it times 2.5. The dog must be able to lie down and turn around unhindered.

Height: The height of the dog above the skull (top of the head) when the dog is standing in a normal position.

Depth : Measure the distance between the tip of the dog's nose and the bones of the sit bone when the dog is standing in a normal position. Take this measurement times 1.10
