Keep in mind: The lamp has a built-in resistor (Canbus system) that neutralizes the car's warning system for a broken lamp. The resistor consumes 1.8W unlike a regular light bulb that consumes about 5W. In most cases, 1.8W is enough for the car to recognize the load but in few exceptions this is not enough. This can be supplemented with a resistor cable to increase the load further and thus remove the warning of a broken lamp.
