The year was 1980 - vehicle lowering was still completely unknown and a liter of gas cost only 1.15 DM. H&R-company founders Werner Heine (right) and Heinrich Remmen (left) had a great vision: performance improvement by lowering road cars with homologation. A sensation for the time and a precursor to today's lowering with part approval. The brave young entrepreneurs soon realized that they had hit the mark with their project! Thanks to their pioneering idea, the company grew steadily into a well-established family business. Today, suspension components "Made by H&R" are deeply appreciated by customers all over the world.
